My mother is currently there and has been there since 12/6 and they STILL can't get her dietary restrictions together. She can't eat processed sugar nor dairy and EVERY MEAL they are giving her processed sugar and dairy! Also, they let her go over 30 minutes without her pain medication. She had to get out of her bed and go get a CNA HERSELF and then they had the nerve to scold her for getting up to get help. I really want to sue these people because they can't are trying to 💀 her!!! Don't let your loved ones go.

My name is Joanne Snow, I am 80 years old and I spent January 9th through the 17th, 2024 at Whitney Oaks Care Center, recuperating from the flu. I was also placed in isolation during my stay. I was transferred from Kaiser Hospital, by ambulance, and therefore my admittance had already been arranged. Upon arriving at Whitney Oaks, I was pleasantly surprised that the establishment looked very beautiful from the outside, and even more inviting when I was wheeled inside. I was placed in a beautiful room, shared by one other patient. During my 9 days of rehab, the staff was excellent, always checking on me to see if I needed anything. The CNA's, especially, Karron Delph, were all very upbeat and friendly. The food was excellent and the "kitchen staff" were very accommodating with any special request that we might have. Housekeeping was excellent, my room was cleaned every day. Physical and Occupational Therapy was offered as soon as I was well enough. My medications were administered to me, on time, and accurate. I would recommend this care facility to anyone needing assistance. Excellent care!

My Stay at Walnut Oaks Care Center in Sacramento has been the very best experience I have had in any medical care facility, and I have had to stay in way too many. Highly recommend this care center to anyone, without any reservation.

I am posting this review on behalf of my mother Vesta. God has a way of orchestrating situations and people in our lives for seasons unexpected. My mom had a life changing situation that required assistance and Whitney Oaks was the place chosen to assist. They haven't been anything short of remarkable. I know that no place is perfect, but as staff learned my mom and my mom learned staff, things have been quite harmonious. I can't thank Abe, the director enough for his ability to lead and care for my mother's needs and request. The staff has showed great patience and compassion to her and I am grateful beyond words.
