The Whitney Oaks Mission

At Whitney Oaks Care Center, we believe in a high-presence medical model of care. Our goal is to improve resident outcomes and reduce hospital readmission rates. We strive to be an outstanding resource to the neighboring hospitals and our community.

Our mission is to provide superior skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to our residents in a home-like setting. Throughout your stay, you or your loved one will receive the highest quality care.

Our Team

Leadership Team

Whitney Oaks Care Center’s Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs operations, staffing, services, and programs. Our Medical Director coordinates medical services based on policies and procedures.

Nursing & Clinical Staff

The Director of Nursing leads the nursing staff. They are tasked with delivering care and clinical services based on our standards. Registered Nurses (RNs) assess, create, implement and document care.

Therapy/Rehabilitation Team

Our licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech Therapists (STs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs) create and implement individualized therapy plans. The Rehabilitation Director directs the team.

Social Services & Activities

Led by the Social Services Director, the social services team includes Social Workers, Case Managers, and the Activities Director. The goal is to address residents’ mental, social, and emotional needs.

Dietary Services

Our Dietary Director coordinates our in-house kitchen. Registered Dietitians (RDs) oversee meal planning to ensure each resident has nutritious meals that fit their individual tastes and needs.

Environmental Services

The Environmental Services team oversees facility maintenance, laundry, general housekeeping, and cleanliness. We abide by local, regional, and national health and safety standards.
