My father spent almost 4 months at Whitney Oaks at the end of his life. One thing that I noticed about Whitney was that whenever you visit you would see staff actively working to help patients and resolve situations. I would see a high nurse to patient ratio almost every time I would visit. The management is there on site and easy to reach. They worked well with Sanctuary Hospice for my dad. All staff were professional and helpful and would routinely ask if there was anything I needed and they would always would work to get requests fulfilled as best they could. About the only things I would say they could improve on would be the food and noticing little problems like a beeping oxygen unit. Overall though, I felt they did a good job as did my sister who was a nurse for 20 years.

I’ve been very impressed with Whitney Oaks Care Center. The staff do a great job maintaining patient safety and providing quality care. Their dermatology and wound care team is especially outstanding and seems truly dedicated to helping residents achieve the best possible outcomes. Overall, this facility does an excellent job caring for its residents, and it shows in the attention and compassion they provide every day.

Whitney Oaks has been a pleasure to work with. The administrator and staff have been helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well kept. I recommend Whitney Oaks to anyone looking for place for a loved one to stay.

Whitney Oaks has been a huge blessing for the care of my wife Rebecca! From the P/T to the O/T, Business Office, Gemma, Christine and CNA’s their work and efforts to help my wife get Stronger has been a huge load off my mind and I will be forever grateful! Without their leadership and dedication to helping my wife, I really don’t know how well she would cope in her future endeavors! I would definitely use them again and I recommend them over and over!

We needed a Kaiser contracted SNF for a family member that needed rehab after falling and fracturing their hip. The staff were attentive; the care was great and they had good communication when it came to all questions or concerns, we had. She loved her nurses and CNAs. Her PT advocated for to get more therapy to make sure she felt confident to be back at home. Working in the healthcare industry ourselves, we have high expectations and Whitney Oaks exceed them all. If you have Kaiser and are looking for a great facility, we highly suggest them. Whitney Oaks did a great job. Thank you to everyone!
