Whitney Oaks has been a huge blessing for the care of my wife Rebecca! From the P/T to the O/T, Business Office, Gemma, Christine and CNA’s their work and efforts to help my wife get Stronger has been a huge load off my mind and I will be forever grateful! Without their leadership and dedication to helping my wife, I really don’t know how well she would cope in her future endeavors! I would definitely use them again and I recommend them over and over!
Staff all very helpful, courteous and friendly. Everyone here seems genuinely dedicated to helping people. Facility is clean and well maintained and staffed

We needed a Kaiser contracted SNF for a family member that needed rehab after falling and fracturing their hip. The staff were attentive; the care was great and they had good communication when it came to all questions or concerns, we had. She loved her nurses and CNAs. Her PT advocated for to get more therapy to make sure she felt confident to be back at home. Working in the healthcare industry ourselves, we have high expectations and Whitney Oaks exceed them all. If you have Kaiser and are looking for a great facility, we highly suggest them. Whitney Oaks did a great job. Thank you to everyone!

We have been so pleased with the kindness, care, and professionalism of the staff at Whitney Oaks! Administrator Abe Olson is wonderful! Gemma Cruz in Hospital Relations is great! Mary Chu at Reception always smiles and goes above and beyond. Physical and Occupational Therapy and Thea are great. Social Services staff are very knowledgeable and have helped me many times. My Dad is here a second time and I wouldn’t want him at any other skilled nursing home!!!! They are family here!
Excellent care facility. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and compassionate. All while being personable. The Administrator is wonderful. He is hands on, keeps up with everything going on, Approachable and clearly loves his job I cannot recommend this facility highly enough

My wife was a resident-patient here for 30 days getting the Physical Therapy and Nursing care she needed to get her well enough to go back home. I’ll be honest, at first I was a little leery about the place but as the days and weeks passed (I was with her 11-12 hours every single day) we saw the staff here really Cared and treated her carefully and with amazing skill. It was simply Wonderful! We highly recommend this facility. They will take great care of you or your loved one.

I rehabbed at Whitney Oaks for six weeks after a serious accident.I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring of the entire staff. The PT and OT were the best as were the CNAs who assisted me. I highly recommend Whitney Oaks.

My mom has been in the hospital for two months, so when this nursing facility said they were willing to take her, my sisters and I were honestly relieved. That lasted about five minutes. She was supposed to be discharged to them on a Saturday. Three hours later, suddenly she had to “stay under observation” for the whole weekend. Fine. Whatever. But then Monday rolls around and I meet a woman named Gemma, who supposedly came to “observe” my mom. Except her big assessment had nothing to do with my mom at all — it was just her asking me questions she should’ve already gotten from the doctors or nurses. She also seemed weirdly negative about my mom’s condition, and then ended the conversation by telling me to tour their facility to see if I thought it was safe for her. I’m sorry… how on earth am I supposed to determine that? Isn’t that literally the entire point of their job? Huge red flag. This woman didn’t seem to know what her own facility could or couldn’t handle. Still, I went. And the “tour” was a joke. They dragged an obviously annoyed staff member away from whatever she was doing, walked me like 30 feet down a hallway, pointed at an empty room, and basically said, “Yep. That’s a room.” No kidding. I didn’t need to drive over there to see something I could’ve imagined in my head in two seconds. Then — because consistency apparently doesn’t exist in this place — my sisters at the hospital were told my mom was denied. Then this morning she was approved. Then this afternoon: denied again. And the final cherry on top? I was told my mom could just wander out into the busy street outside. How is that even something that can happen in a facility full of people who need supervision? Isn’t preventing that exact situation the reason nursing facilities exist in the first place? This place operates like no one actually knows what the facility is capable of, or who’s in charge of anything. Overall, a complete mess and genuinely an unsettling experience.

A great team in the PT and OT department. I love how they stay positive and push patients to engage and keep going. Very friendly and they all work together on plans to get each patient to improve each day.

A veteran with special need in his care was treated gently and kindly. Of the three facilities that he stayed in Whitney Oaks was the very best. Staff genuinely cared for the patients. Nurses were attentive to pain issues and return phone calls to the family promptly.
